Document and invoice

Your product is weighed, its grains are measured with calipers, and it is photographed before shipment. These values are written on a declaration document specially prepared for you and can be verified with a QR code. Every order comes with an invoice.

Material and dimension

Natural Baltic amber. No heating, pressing or coloring applied. Measurements are nominal for each bead; due to hand craftsmanship, there may be a ±5% difference between beads. Weight covers amber only, imam and tassel not included.

Maintenance

Do not use chemical cleaners, alcohol, or perfume. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Store in its box, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Amber is a natural resin; its surface will polish with use over time.

If there is a silver imame or tassel, do not let it come into contact with water and soap. Water accelerates tarnishing, soap residue leaves a dull layer on the silver surface, and wet string wears out. Remove when washing hands, showering, at sea, and in the pool. Do not use chemical silver cleaning solutions on silver parts attached to amber; the solution will damage the amber's surface.

Preparation, shipping, and returns

Each rosary is made to order and shipped within 2 business days. Insured shipping. You have the right to withdraw within 14 days under the distance selling contract; the product must be unused and accompanied by its certificate.

Tuzlu su testi — metal parça içeren ürünlerde geçersizdir. Doymuş tuzlu suda doğal kehribar yüzer. Ancak üründe gümüş imame, püskül veya sistem varsa metalin ağırlığı tümünü batırır — kehribar tamamen doğal olsa bile. Sonuç yanıltıcıdır.

Ayrıca tuzlu su gümüşü ve diğer metalleri aşındırır, kararmayı hızlandırır ve ipe zarar verir. Metal parça içeren ürünlerde bu testi yapmayın.

Kesin yöntem laboratuvar işidir: FTIR spektroskopisi ve mikroskop altında iç yapı incelemesi. UV ışığı tek başına yeterli değildir.

What does this price represent?

The cost per gram of natural amber, waste during cutting and drilling, craftsmanship for the kazaz tassel, and the measurement-documentation process. We clearly state the gram price above; you can calculate it yourself.

Will the prayer beads in the photo be the same?

Same model comes: same color, same cut, same grain count. Since it is handcrafted, there may be ±5% difference in size and weight. If you ordered milk, honey will not come — the class does not change, only each piece carries its own measure.

Do I choose the tassel?

Yes. Tassels are listed separately; you get 40% off the tassel when purchased with a tesbih. Your chosen tassel will be attached at our workshop before shipping. You can also purchase just the amber without a tassel.

What's coming out of the box?

Prayer beads, written declaration document with measurements, invoice, 3 spare beads and spare string. Standard cardboard box is included; velvet box is optionally added.
